  • Ordering
    Order Form For orders not placed online (our cookie boxes) please fill out the GTA order form. Be as detailed as possible and ensure all contact information is correct. Delays may occur if we are unable to get in contact with you. Quotes: Customers will receive a quote via email with the order breakdown. The quote will include an itemized list of products ordered, delivery cost, deposit amount and deposit due date along with total cost of all products. We require a confirmation email from customers within 24 hours of quotes being sent. If any changes are made, a revised quote will be issued to customers. Order Notice We require a 1-week notice for all orders. For special requests and complex orders, we require a 2-week notice but this is done on a case-by-case basis. Custom Orders: If you would like to order customized products that are not displayed on our website, please contact us directly. Catering: We currently offer catering for office functions, birthday parties, cocktail parties and other events. Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. Please contact us with any questions or concerns
  • Allergens & Intolorence
    Nuts and nut by-products: While some of our products are made without the use of nuts (unless requested) we do not bake in a nut free environment. Non-Gluten & Vegan products: We currently do not offer non-gluten or Vegan products at the moment. All products are made in a facility where gluten is present. Eggs and Egg by-products: We currently do not offer any products made without the use of eggs. Milk & Dairy products: We currently do not offer any products made without the use of milk or dairy products. DISCLAIMER: Although we try our best to avoid cross-contamination we cannot 100% guarantee products will not have traces of these allergens. Some products we use may have been manufactured in facilities which may contain nuts, shell fish, or any other allergens.
  • Deposits & Payment
    Deposit A 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be required for all orders that are not taken online. All deposits are due 5 days before the delivery or pickup date. However, a special deposit date will be given to customers with exceptionally larger orders. If deposits are not received by the set due date we will consider this order canceled. This means your order will NOT be processed. NO EXCEPTIONS The balance of payment will be due upon receipt of products. Payment Methods: Online: All major credit cards are accepted for online orders. We do not currently accept PayPal as a method of payment. Interac e-transfer: If this is your desired method of payment, a special password will be created and sent to you to complete your transaction. The same password will be used for deposits and final payments. Money Orders: If you choose to pay by money order, please make all money orders out to Anique’s Edibles Inc. Cheques: We currently do not accept cheques as a form of payment.
  • Shipping & Delivery
    Delivery: Anique's Edibles currently offers local delivery around the GTA. Delivery on all orders carry a base rate of $15 for the first 20km travelled. There will be a $0.50 charge added for every km travelled after. If you are in the GTA area and wish to order please fill out the GTA order form. We are currently serving the Greater Toronto Area. Shipping: Anique's Edibles will be added an online shipping option for our cookie products. All other products are not available for shipping at the moment. Stay tuned We currently offer Canada wide shipping. We do not ship to the US.
  • Refund Policy
    Customers Products: Anique's Edibles is not responsible for any damage that occurs to products once it has been signed for and released to customers. Customers assume all responsibility once products are in their care. Customer Orders: If orders are delivered ahead of your event, Anique's Edibles assumes no responsibility for products that are improperly stored and/or damaged before your event. Once you have signed your release form and received your products it is your responsibility to care for the products. Products and Flavours It is 100% the customer's responsibility to discuss design styles and flavour during the ordering stage. If no preference or instructions are given the design and flavour will be left up to our discretion. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS.
